Website Design
The ITP Support Association is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by immune thrombocytopenia, an autoimmune disorder. Their website serves as a vital hub of information, offering educational resources, community support, and fundraising opportunities. However, their existing Joomla-based site was outdated, difficult to manage, and lacked modern accessibility standards.
To provide a scalable, user-friendly solution, resulting in a full rebuild of their website, transitioning from Joomla to WordPress. The goal was to create a fully responsive and accessible platform that would be intuitive for both site visitors and the charity’s volunteers managing updates.
A clean, intuitive layout to ensure accessibility and ease of navigation.
Developed a robust, scalable solution tailored to the charity’s evolving needs.
Integrated a structured repository for medical documents and community resources.
Enhanced visibility through strategic SEO, making the site easily discoverable via search engines.
Built an online shop for selling branded merchandise to support fundraising efforts.
Intuitive back-end system for content management, reducing reliance and costs.
The new website has transformed the charity’s digital presence, streamlining operations and providing a significantly improved experience for visitors and volunteers alike. With enhanced accessibility, optimised search visibility, and built-in eCommerce capabilities, the platform now effectively serves its purpose as an essential resource for those affected by immune thrombocytopenia.
Modern, user-friendly websites that work seamlessly on any device.
